The mind itself is a potent instrument for change, the only one there is. All change must take place in the mind first, for all action is a result of thought and the resultant impulse or motivation. The thought system to which you subscribe gives rise to, shapes, and establishes the parameters of all action.
If you want to change your experience, and thus your life, you must become fully aware of your beliefs, conscious and unconscious, and the role they play in determining perception and action.

Mind is singular, even in this world; the thoughts of one are given to all. Guard your thoughts carefully; remember there are no private thoughts, for every thought affects all.
Let your thinking be infused with Love, arising from Truth, from that which is highest within you.

You must learn to see the world through loving eyes, for by your thoughts do you set the world free or reinforce its pain and suffering.
You are constantly giving to your brothers through your thoughts, not just through words and actions. It is your thoughts from which words and actions arise. Mind is singular, even in this world; the thoughts of one are given to all.

Whatever you do with Love will bring blessings upon you. Love cannot but bless the mind in which It lives, and everything It touches in any way is equally blessed.
Whatever you give, you receive. This the law that protects giver and receiver. You must learn to give to others only what you yourself would receive.
This is another way of describing the Golden Rule: Do unto others what you would have them do unto you. When you give only Love and kindness, you will receive only Love.

There is no greater gift than peace of mind. When peace becomes the stable state of your mind, it will radiate from you to all other minds, bringing each mind closer to Truth.

To the degree that you are willing to let your mind be corrected, it will be corrected; you will receive just as much as you are open to receive, and no more.
You are the determiner of what happens in your life; nothing happens without your request. Your decisions for Truth set the pace of Truth’s return, and as you begin to choose rightly and consistently, Truth draws ever closer.

The mind awake, sees through illusory appearances to the Light beyond them all, and under its forgiving gaze does all suffering disappear. Yet does all this require your willingness, for without willingness, nothing can be done.
The one gift the Holy Spirit asks of you is willingness. He takes your little willingness and adds His, until it becomes a mighty force for change. Through your willingness is all accomplished, and the mind purified and made ready for Truth’s return.

Where Love rules, where forgiveness reigns, is all illusion renounced, recognized as the nothingness it is. The mind given back to Truth is free, even in this world.
The sorrows of the world do not weigh it down, nor does the pain and suffering inherent in separation, affect its peace and joy. The mind awake, sees through illusory appearances to the Light beyond them all, and under its forgiving gaze does all suffering disappear.

Peace follows Love, for where Love is found does peace prevail, and where peace rules the mind, has Love taken Its rightful place. You cannot have one without the other, for they are aspects of Truth, and Truth is One.
The mind returned to Truth is ruled by Love, joy, and peace forever. There is no room in such a mind for fear, thoughts of guilt and sin, or belief in attack.

Love will set you free to be Itself, if you will let It. Love wants to return to your mind and restore joy to your life.
You need only meet Love’s conditions and thus invite It, to bring about Its return. Love has been absent from your life for too long, and the pale substitution of “specialness” will never satisfy you or take Its place. Love is wholly satisfying and complete in Itself, and you will never be happy until Love fills your heart once again.

Forgiveness is an expression of Love in this world that is like unto Love as It is in Heaven. Through the act of forgiveness is a miracle of Love extended to your brother, and in this miracle are you included, and both are blessed as One.
Love cannot but forgive for It is incapable of judgement and condemnation. All stand blessed and innocent in the eyes of Love, for It sees only the perfection and Holiness of God’s Creation everywhere.

All your actions and perceptions have the aim of maintaining separation and the belief your safety lies apart from your brother. Guilt must be maintained to uphold the specialness you feel and justify your failure to love.
The failure to love is not just a problem in itself; it also contributes to the maintenance and continuance of the allegiance to guilt, which preserves judgment and the belief in attack and defense that follow.

When Love is absent, all manner of errors rush in to take Its place. Yet are all errors but forms of fear no matter their appearance.
In this world, fear has taken Love’s place, even masquerading as Love at times. Fear is not Love whatever the disguise it may be wearing. Only those who have forgotten the meaning of Love could possibly make that error.

The only gift worthy of being given to any Child of God is Love.
Your true desire is to be helpful to all, and this is accomplished through Love. No other motivation is truly worthy of you. Your brother is yourself, and you love him as you love yourself, or you would, if you but let yourself love. Fear of your brother keeps your mind and heart closed to him, and obscures the Love you really feel.

Open your mind to receive the communication that fills the universe. Open your heart to Love that you may join with your brothers and offer salvation to a tired world that longs for the Light.
Remember who you are and who your brother is. Separated from each other, you are afraid and powerless; together, you will leave this world and walk hand in hand through the gates of Heaven.

All of life stands ready to join with you in praise and gratitude to your Creator. Everything is communicating its Self to you, but you must be willing to enter this communion. There is no separation here. Even while dreaming the mind is One. Everything you see is a part of you; all bodies, all forms, are but images that appear in your mind. Nothing is separate.

Do not be afraid of what you have made; it is not real. Its hold over you is but part of the dream.
You have given it the power it seems to have, and you can withdraw it at any time. Nothing need trouble you; despite appearances, you are not in danger and cannot suffer loss or be deprived in any way. All such experiences are the result of wrong understanding.

Remember you are the lover of God’s Truth! Today, gratefully surrender into the endless ocean of Divine Love, rejecting the empty desert of aloneness, hunger and fear.
Are you listening to the constant Voice of quiet wisdom that brings comfort, honesty and compassion to fill your heart and mind? Or are you listening to the loud, bitter, nasty voice of lies that can hide its hatred in justification? Every thought you have contributes to truth or illusion; either it extends Love or multiplies illusions.
Willingly offer only blessings to all creation and feel the song of Love radiating in your heart.

Whatever you do takes you closer to God or away from Him. God and illusion never meet, yet you who are surrounded by the illusory creations of your mind, can yet find God if that is your true desire.
God is not far from you; you are far from Him, not in fact, but in your experience which is illusion. You rest in God, move in God, and have your Being in God. Your Mind is part of His, and your life also.

Whatever you do makes you happy or unhappy, fulfilled or unfulfilled. To operate from Love will always leave you happy.
To act unlovingly will always make you feel guilty. You may not be aware of the guilt, but the feeling you will have will be some form of fear. Fear is pain, and pain never stops as long as you are fearful. You are long accustomed to fear; you have given its different forms many names in order to disguise it and dissociate from it.

You do not see the help that is always with you; you do not hear the Holy Spirit Who is always guiding you.
Behind every problem, every experience of fear, pain, or suffering, stands a miracle waiting for your acceptance that it may enter your life and set your mind free. Everything is communicating its Self to you, but you must be willing to enter this communion.

Now is the moment when Truth returns.
Now is when real learning takes place. Healing and release are always now. Forgiveness happens now, though it heals the past and releases the future. The eternal now, where time meets eternity, is the only moment of time that is real. Hence it is the only time that Truth can penetrate and reach your mind.

Today, remember only the guidance of Love.
Surrender and forget all things you thought you knew, and every preconception that you hold of what things mean and what their purpose is. In surrender, happily relinquish all ideas of what the world is. Happily accept you do not know! Let every image held of everyone be loosened from your mind and heart and swept away. The power of transformation is yours. Rest in the Joy, in the simplicity you are God’s creation, perfect and whole eternally.

Remember, with every meditation, you can go deeper, and with your intention in Holy alignment, the rambling thoughts will settle down and Peace will come into the Temple of your heart.
Continue to rest in the inner stillness, free of the ego chatter.
Wisdom means to inquire into the Divine stillness and keep listening to Spirit. The memory of God comes to the quiet mind; only be still and listen. Surrender to the presence of Truth speaking to your heart. Only Love is real.

Today, allow the holy purpose of honesty to be your guide in every situation. In honesty, you will not be deceived by the useless rules that you vowed to uphold. Your personal rules of ego judgement have convinced you that your perceptions are valid. Accept with honesty that your personal thoughts are fantasies, and gladly surrender them into the Light of Love. Embrace each moment as your schoolroom of honest learning!
Surrender all made up fantasies of good or bad, and keep returning to the joyous Truth that only Love is Real.
