Remember, judgement was manufactured by the ego as a weapon against the Reality of Love.

Remember, your mistaken thoughts and beliefs can distort, constrict and temporarily confuse your mind, and cause you to forget that you are eternally a child of God.

You can only suffer through your own self made personal thoughts and distortions.

This need not be.

Surrender all thoughts of “knowing” and accept that only Love is real.
